2. Subscription Refunds
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our services within 7 days of purchase, you can request a full refund.
Conditions for Refund:
- Refund request must be made within 7 days of purchase
- You should not have accessed more than 3 paid tests
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days
3. Partial Refunds
After the 7-day period, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:
- Technical issues preventing access to services
- Duplicate charges
- Subscription auto-renewal (if notified within 48 hours)
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Individual test purchases (after test has been started)
- Downloaded study materials
- Subscription periods that have already been used
- Promotional or discounted purchases (unless defective)
5. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime, access continues until period ends
- Annual subscriptions: Cancel anytime, no partial refunds after 7 days
- Auto-renewal can be disabled from your account settings
