Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click on the "Register" button in the top navigation, fill in your details (name, email, password), and verify your email address. It's free and takes less than 2 minutes!
Is The Testwala free to use?
Yes! We offer many free tests and study materials. Premium features require a subscription, but you can start practicing immediately with our free content.
How do I reset my password?
Click on "Login" and then "Forgot password?". Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a password reset link.
Taking Tests
How do I start a mock test?
Browse our test series, select the test you want to attempt, and click the "Start Test" button. Make sure you're logged in to track your progress.
Can I pause a test and resume later?
Yes! You can pause any test and resume it later. Your progress is automatically saved, so you can continue from where you left off.
How is my score calculated?
Your score is calculated based on correct answers minus negative marking for wrong answers. Each test has its own marking scheme which is displayed before you start.
Can I retake a test?
Yes, you can retake most tests multiple times. However, some premium tests may have attempt limits. Check the test details for specific information.
Subscriptions & Payments
What subscription plans are available?
We offer Basic (₹299/month), Pro (₹799/month), Premium (₹1499/month), and Annual plans. Each plan offers different features and access levels. Visit our Subscription page for details.
How do I upgrade my subscription?
Go to your Dashboard, click on "Subscription" in the menu, choose your preferred plan, and complete the payment. Your new features will be activated immediately.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay).
Technical Support
The website is not loading properly. What should I do?
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or use an incognito/private window. Ensure you're using an updated browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge). If the issue persists, contact our support team.
I can't download study materials. What's wrong?
Ensure you have a stable internet connection and sufficient storage space. Some materials require a premium subscription. If you're a premium user and still facing issues, please contact support.
My test got stuck in the middle. What happens now?
Don't worry! Your progress is auto-saved every 30 seconds. You can resume the test from where you left off by going to "My Tests" and clicking "Resume" on the incomplete test.
